There are different ways to restore missing tooth structure.
More conservative way is to restore with composite, white material, that matches the existing tooth color. It could be used if existing decay (cavity ) is very small, less then 10 % of the tooth.
If much more cavity presents we use porcelain onlay, inlay, overlay to restore defect. These porcelain inlays are fabricating in the dental laboratory, is highly esthetic and matching tooth color.
If more then 50 % of tooth missing crowns is the only way to restore. There is different types of crowns. We use porcelain one that is biocompatible and esthetically well performed.
